Nostalgic for our pre-pandemic community arts and culture programs at the historic Barn House? We are too! Please enjoy some of our past programs in the storytelling room.
"Steps to Resilience": Exhibit Opening and Artist Talk by Will Kasso Condry. September 2018.
Enjoy the opening of Will Kasso Condry's exhibit in the cozy setting of the Storytelling Room of the historic Barn House at the Clemmons Family Farm.  WIll shares the stories behind the series of oil-on-canvas portraits of remarkable people who influenced his creative work through their courage, strength, perseverance and triumph in the face of racial discrimination.
Enjoy the Entire "To Sing of Common Things" Series!
"To Sing of Common Things" Finale with Kiah Morris and Rajnii Eddins.
The finale of the five-part 2018 "To Sing of Common Things" speakers' series featured spoken word artists Rajnii Eddins and Kiah Morris. Each gave powerful performances of selections of their original creative works. The performances were followed by a rich and emotional discussion with the audience, and time for community and healing in the Barn House storytelling room.
