Host an Outdoor Gathering

Host your outdoor gatherings on our spacious lawns overlooking the Adirondacks and Clemmons farm. 

​Each lawn space accommodates up to 60 people and is available for a flat rate of $300 for up to four hours.  


Renting the Barn House includes free use of the West Barn House lawns.

Details For All Lawn Spaces

  • $200 security deposit
  • Wireless Internet
  • Parking for 6 cars and $5 for each additional car. Maximum 30 cars.
  • Outdoor round tables seating 10 (8 are available, $12/table)
  • Plastic tablecloths (red, $3 each)
  • 8' rectangular table (1 available, $10)
  • 6' rectangular table (3 available, $10 each)
  • White folding chairs (80 available, $5 each)
  • Flipchart stands/holders (5 are available)
  • Meadow meditation walks: free access to the Barn House organic agricultural meadows
  • ​Catering: we proudly partner with local caterers specializing in African diaspora  cusines for breakfasts, snacks, lunches, dinners, and receptions).
  • Opportunity for a special African-American or African diaspora arts and culture event.
  • Alcohol, smoking, vaping prohibited in all Farm spaces, outdoors and indoors.
